• ‍Duration: This permission shall remain valid indefinitely unless otherwise revoked by me in writing.
• ‍Revocation: I understand that I may revoke this permission at any time by providing written notice to DENR-TSPS.
• ‍Confidentiality: I understand that DENR-TSPS will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of my personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
