TSPS PAMB GA shall be composed of the following:

  • Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) VI, Regional Director as Vice or Co-chairperson
  • Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) VI and VII, Regional Director
  • National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) VI and VII, Regional Director
  • Department of Science and Technology (DOST) VI and VII, Regional Director
  • Philippine National Police (PNP) VI and VII, Regional Director

Representatives from either an NGO from Cebu, Negros Oriental, and Negros Occidental and one representative from the Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Council (FARMC) from Cebu, Negros Oriental, and Negros Occidental, duly accredited both by the DENR and the provincial government.

Academic Institution

One (1) representative from an academic institution, preferably a university or college in the province surrounding TSPS with expertise in marine and environmental conservation and management, possesses track records in implementing research and conservation programs within Tañon Strait.

Private Sector

One (1) representative from the private sector, preferably a resident of the province surrounding TSPS.

Composition of the TSPS - PAMB Executive Committee
Pursuant to Section 12.5 of DENR Administrative Order No. 2019-057 providing for the creation of an Executive Committee, and as contained in the TSPS GMP, the TSPS PAMB ExeCom shall be composed of the following:

To ensure the collaboration and participation of all stakeholders down to the ground level, Site Management Units (SMUs) are hereby created with the following area of jurisdiction:

SMU - Southeast Negros to cover the following municipalities/cities and its coastal barangays of the Second District of Negros Oriental.
